The management of training within ESIET-UAS is ensured through a coherent and complementary organization of different departments, responsibilities and services to achieve the targeted objective: " offer our students the highest level of quality and skills”. This organization includes in particular the following structures;
- The Founding President of the UAS
- The Vice-President for Quality and Pedagogical Innovation
- The Vice-President communication and webmastering
- The Vice-President international cooperation
- The Director of ESIET
- The scientific council
- The Secretary General
- The Director of Studies and Internships
- Department Directors
- The Internships Department
- The Careers and Skills Certification Center (4C)
- The various educational and administrative services.
The interaction between these different responsibilities is shown schematically in the flowchart below.
It should be noted that ESIET-UAS has set up a quality assurance system for its educational products and services, in particular its learning programs. This system is governed by a permanent body entitled "Quality Assurance and Skills Development Steering Committee" COPAC, which is responsible for developing and ensuring the proper implementation of ESIET's quality assurance policy. -UAS.
