The processing of data relating to UAS students is done in full respect of the three fundamental rights of the persons concerned by this data which are:
– Explicit consent;
– The right of access;
– The right of opposition;
and in general, all automated or manual operations whose purpose is in particular the collection, recording, storage, organization, modification, exploitation, use, shipment, distribution, the dissemination, destruction or consultation of data relating to learners, as well as all operations relating to the use of databases, directories and files are carried out in compliance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, relating to the protection of personal data, as well as chapter 8.5.5 of the ISO 21001:2018 standard entitled “Protection and transparency of data relating to learners”.
