Engineering training at ESIET-UAS

The six engineering training specialties of ESIET-UAS have been accredited EUR-ACE, the European label which gives international recognition to the engineering degree issued by ESIET. This diploma is notably approved by the Order of Tunisian Engineers.

L'ESIET-UAS provides higher education in the field of engineering and technological studies. Alongside the theoretical academic training, it is distinguished by a great openness to the industrial environment and the employment environment:

– by involving professional skills with a higher university level in the design of training, teaching, supervision of students and their sponsorship in the workplace;

– by giving importance to the practical work, internships and visits organized in the training;

– by involving students in the organization of scientific and cultural events with the aim of preparing for working life;

– by ensuring a beneficial international opening for currently globalized training through international cooperation agreements guaranteeing the invitation of foreign professors and experts, the exchange of students and scientific collaboration with renowned universities.

Engineering training courses at ESIET

ESIET-UAS delivers the National Engineering Diploma in six specialties:

• Electrical Engineering 
• Civil Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering.

These courses are characterized by their high employability. The employability rate of ESIET-UAS graduates exceeds 80%. This is how more than 2300 engineers in different specialties have been trained at ESIET-UAS since 2005 and injected into the Tunisian and foreign industrial and economic fabric, which gives ESIET-UAS national and international notoriety. .

All the courses have been set up and authorized by the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research since April 24, 2002 (Annex 0 decree_minstérielle2002.pdf, apart from the Mechatronics Engineering sector which was created and authorized by the Ministry on August 05, 2011. (Appendix 0 decree_minstérielle2011.pdf). In addition, engineers who graduate from ESIET-UAS are recognized by the Council of the Order of Tunisian Engineers (COIT) and registered in the council's register.

Thus, ESIET-UAS is well qualified to meet the needs of industrialists both nationally and internationally in design engineers, who will be able to improve industrial systems, follow and master the evolution of advanced technologies. and to assume responsibilities of a scientific and technical nature, in the private and public sectors, and to contribute to the development and mastery of new technologies
