The UAS Master’s in Business and Corporate Law offers comprehensive training focused on acquiring the fundamentals of financial management, market analysis and mastery of financial management tools. This program prepares students to understand, analyse and manage the financial challenges facing businesses and institutions, while developing practical skills and a strategic vision of the financial sector. Graduates will be able to quickly enter the professional world or continue their studies at the Master’s level.

Presentation:

The UAS Master's degree in Business and Corporate Law is a three-year program comprising 1,800 hours of training, divided into 36 specialised modules. Each year, the programme welcomes up to 120 students and aims to equip them with solid skills in financial management, market analysis and financial tools. Thanks to a teaching approach focused on practice and innovation, students acquire a comprehensive overview of the financial sector, enabling them to quickly enter the professional world or continue their studies at Master's level.

Admissions

To be admitted to the Master’s program in Business and Corporate Law at UAS, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. The application file must include transcripts, a copy of the degree, proof of identity and, where applicable, a cover letter. After review of the application file, shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview. Final admission is confirmed after validation of the application and payment of the registration fees.
